加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜子宫切除术患者中的应用效果

Application effects of fast-track surgery nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy

目的:探讨加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜子宫切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月该院收治的110例腹腔镜子宫切除术患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各55例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施加速康复外科护理。比较两组术后康复指标水平、护理前后炎性指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞计数(WBC)]水平,以及护理满意度、不良事件发生率。结果:观察组下床活动时间、肠道排气时间、排便时间及住院时间均短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3 d,两组CRP、IL-6、WBC水平均高于术前,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为3.64%(2/55),低于对照组的16.36%(9/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加速康复外科护理用于腹腔镜子宫切除术患者,可加快患者术后康复,降低炎性指标水平及不良事件发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore application effects of fast-track surgery nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods:110 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected for the prospective study,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given fast-track surgery nursing based on that of the control group.The postoperative rehabilitation indicator levels,the inflammatory indicator levels[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),white blood cell count(WBC)],the nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:The out-of-bed time,the intestinal exhaust time,the defecation time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 days after surgery,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and WBC in the two groups were higher than before surgery,but those of the observation group were lower than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 3.64%(2/55),which was lower than 16.36%(9/55)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The fast-track surgery nursing for the laparoscopic hysterectomy patients can speed up the postoperative recovery,reduce the inflammatory indicator levels and the incidence of adverse events,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
