微流控技术制备聚合物微球及其吸附性能研究 被引量:2

Research on the Preparation of Polymer Microspheres by Microfluidics Technology and Their Adsorption Performance

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)为主要原料,通过微流控技术制得复合微球(PMS),利用扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FTIR)初步表征其结构。以甲基紫(MV)为吸附对象,考察染料溶液pH酸碱度、染料初始溶液质量浓度、吸附时间和温度对吸附过程的影响。结果表明:在投加量为50 mg、pH为9、温度30℃、甲基紫溶液浓度为50 mg/L时吸附效率高达92.59%,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,重复利用7次内的吸附效率仍可达到80%以上,该材料具有较好的吸附能力。 The Polymer Microspheres(PMS) are made by Microfluidic technology using Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) and Styrene (St) as the main raw materials,and their structures are preliminarily characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR).This paper takes the Methyl Violet (MV) as the adsorption object,investigates the effects of dye solution pH,initial dye solution mass concentration,adsorption time and temperature on the adsorption process.The results show that the adsorption efficiency is as high as 92.59% when the added dosage is 50 mg,the pH is 9,the temperature is 30℃,and the solution concentration of Methyl Violet is 50 mg/L.The adsorption process conforms to a quasi-second-order kinetic model,and the adsorption efficiency can still reach more than 80% within 7 times of reuse.The materials have better adsorption ability.
