旅游教育共同体协同育人机制效果评价——基于泰国院校的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 中国—东盟旅游教育共同体协同育人机制是桂林旅游学院面向东盟培养国际旅游人才形成的一个教学成果,本研究结合桂林旅游学院教育“走出去”的实践,基于层次分析法(AHP)构建了中国-东盟旅游教育共同体协同育人机制的实施效果评价模型。以引进并应用该协同育人机制的泰国旅游高等院校为研究对象,对上述评价模型进行实证检验,结果显示:随着协同育人机制的实施,人才培养质量持续提升,学生的专业素质与技能、国际视野、创新能力及就业竞争力等均有显著提升。中泰双边的旅游教育资源的有效互动、互补效应明显,这将为促进中泰旅游高等教育交流合作和协同发展提供有益的参考。 This research combines the practice of "heading to the world" for China’s tourism higher education and based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), constructs an evaluation model of the implementation effect of the China-ASEAN Tourism Education Community’s collaborative education mechanism. The above-mentioned evaluation model with Thailand’s tourism college that have been introduced and applied in this talent training mechanism was empirically tested as the empirical object. The results showed that with the implementation of the collaborative education mechanism, the quality of talent training continues to improve, and student’s professional quality and skills, international vision, innovation ability, and employment competitiveness have been significantly improved. The effective interaction and complementary effects of tourism education resources in China and Thailand are obvious. This will provide a useful reference for promoting China-Thailand tourism higher education exchanges, cooperation and coordinated development.
