摘要
微循环是维持机体正常功能的重要生理基础。微血管损伤和功能障碍可引起高血压发生、发展,高血压通过炎症及氧化应激等所致微血管重构和稀疏,可进一步增加外周阻力提高血压,引起靶器官如心、脑、肾、眼等的损伤。临床通过控制血压、改善内皮功能及消炎和抗氧化应激等策略可有效改善高血压靶器官微血管病变。
Microcirculation is an important physiological basis for maintaining the normal function of the body.Microvascular injury and dysfunction can cause the occurrence and development of hypertension,hypertension through inflammation and oxidative stress can cause microvascular remodeling and rarefaction,further increase peripheral resistance to increase blood pressure,causing target organs such as heart,brain,kidney,eyes and other injuries.Clinical strategies such as controlling blood pressure,improving endothelial function,anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative stress can effectively improve hypertension target organ microangiopathy.
