基于比较视阈下中美公共图书馆健康信息服务研究

Research on Health Information Service of Chinese and American Public Libraries Based on Comparative Perspective

[目的/意义]旨在引导我国公共图书馆更好地为用户提供健康信息服务,助力“健康中国”战略。[方法/过程]选取的研究对象为我国31个省级的公共图书馆网站中从北方到南方选取6个和从美国图书馆协会给出的访问量排名前25的图书馆中选取6个,采用网络调查法,调研他们所提供的健康信息服务,对比分析健康信息的服务对象、资源、服务方式及服务提供者之间的不同。[结果/结论]发现我国公共图书馆健康信息服务存在的不足,提出发展策略。

[Purpose/significance]This paper aims to guide public libraries in China to better provide health information service for users and help the“Healthy China”strategy.[Method/process]The selected subjects are 6 libraries from the north to the south of 31 provincial public library websites in China and 6 libraries from the top 25 most visited libraries given by American Library Association.The network survey method is used to investigate health information service provided by those libraries and the differences between service objects resources service methods and service providers of health information are compared and analyzed.[Result/conclusion]This paper finds out shortcomings of health information service in public libraries in China and puts forward development strategies.
