加减玉屏风散治疗紫癜性肾炎现代研究进展

Research Progress of Yupingfeng Powder in the Treatment of Purpura Nephritis

文章通过对近几年国内外有关紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)及加减玉屏风散治疗HSPN临床并结合现代研究的文献资料进行分析,指出目前国际干预HSPN常采用各种免疫抑制剂、皮质类固醇及一些辅助疗法,但取得的疗效一般,而应用加减玉屏风散能够改善HSPN患者生化指标和症状,疗效明显,同时丰富了中医临床治疗HSPN的辨证思路和处方用药,但仍缺乏进一步的疗效及机制挖掘研究。文章对此进行分析探讨,以期深化创新传统方剂应用,推动中医药治疗HSPN研究的发展且为临床辨证选方用药提供新思路。

Based on the analysis of the clinical data of HSPN and the addition or reduction of Yupingfeng powder in the treatment of HSPN at home and abroad in recent years,it is pointed out that various immunosuppressants,corticosteroids and some auxiliary therapies are commonly used in the international intervention of HSPN,but the efficacy is generally achieved.However,the application of yupingfeng Powder can improve the biochemical indicators and symptoms of HSPN patients,with obvious efficacy,and enrich the TCM clinical treatment of HSPN syndrome differentiation and prescription,but there is still a lack of further research on the efficacy and mechanism.This analysis and discussion is of certain significance to deepen the application of innovative traditional prescriptions,promote the development of TCM treatment of HSPN research and provide new ideas for clinical prescription selection based on syndrome differentiation.
