摘要
为了探究红参多糖对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用效果,该试验采用热水浸提红参多糖,腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导1型糖尿病小鼠模型,试验分为6组,即空白组、阴性对照组、盐酸二甲双胍阳性对照组、红参多糖高剂量组(400 mg/kg·BW)、红参多糖中剂量组(200 mg/kg·BW)和红参多糖低剂量组(100 mg/kg·BW)。进行4周的给药试验,期间每天测定小鼠体重、摄食量、饮水量以及每隔7 d测量空腹血糖值(FBG),结束灌胃后进行葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),眼球取血解测定糖化血红蛋白(GHb)值、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、α-葡萄糖糖苷酶活性(α-GC)以及脏器系数。结果表明:红参多糖能够显著降低小鼠的血糖值,有效缓解由糖尿病引发的体重下降等并发症,能够显著降低TC、TG、GHb和α-GC的水平,且红参多糖高剂量组对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖效果要比中、低剂量组效果更好。因此,红参多糖对STZ诱导的糖尿病具有一定的降糖效果,且对相关的各项生化指标有一定的调节作用。
In order to explore the hypoglycemic effect of red ginseng polysaccharide on diabetic mice,we used hot water extraction of red ginseng polysaccharide and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)to induce type 1 diabetic mice.The experiment was divided into six groups:blank group,negative control group,metformin hydrochloride positive control group,and red ginseng polysaccharide high dose group(400 mg/kg·BW),red ginseng polysaccharide middle dose group(200 mg/kg·BW)and red ginseng polysaccharide low dose group(100 mg/kg·BW).During the 4-week administration test,the weight,food intake and water consumption of mice were measured every day,and the fasting blood glucose value(FBG)was measured every 7 days.After gavage,the glucose tolerance test(OGTT),glycosylated hemoglobin(GHB),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),α-Glucosidase activity(α-GC)and organ coefficient were carried out.The results showed that red ginseng polysaccharides could significantly reduce the blood glucose level of mice,effectively alleviate the weight loss caused by diabetes and other complications,and significantly reduce TC,TG,GHb andα-GC levels.The hypoglycemic effect of red ginseng polysaccharidein high dose group in diabetic mice were better than those in middle and low dose groups.Therefore,red ginseng polysaccharide has certain hypoglycemic effect on STZ induced diabetes and regulatory effect on related biochemical indicators.
