时钟基因ARNTL2在恶性肿瘤中的作用

摘要 ARNTL2(aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator-like)基因属于bHLH-PAS(basic helix-loophelix-PER-ARNT-SIM)结构域转录因子家族,是控制昼夜节律的时钟基因之一。ARNTL2在多种肿瘤中高表达,并与肿瘤的进展、侵袭转移等恶性生物学行为密切相关。同时,ARNTL2的表达与肿瘤的发生和预后临床病理特征有关,有望成为肿瘤的预后指标和特异性肿瘤治疗标志物。本文分析了ARNTL2在不同肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用及潜在的机制,为临床早期发现、有效治疗肿瘤和改善病人预后提供新的理论依据。 The ARNTL2(aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator-like 2)gene belongs to the bHLH-PAS(basic helix-loop-helix-PER-ARNT-SIM)domain transcription factor family and is one of the clock genes that control the circadian rhythm.In recent years,it has been found that ARNTL2 is highly expressed in a variety of tumors,and is closely related to malignant biological behaviors such as tumor progression,invasion and metastasis.At the same time,the expression of ARNTL2 is related to the occurrence and prognosis of clinical pathological characteristics of tumors,and is expected to become a prognostic index and a specific tumor treatment marker for tumors.In this paper,the role and potential mechanism of ARNTL2 in the process of different tumorigenesis and development are analyzed,which provides a new theoretical basis for early clinical detection,effective treatment of tumors and improvement of patient prognosis.
