分层次管理法在医院护理管理体系中的应用效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究医院护理管理体系中应用分层次管理的效果及其价值。方法选取2019年9月—2021年11月重庆市巴南区第二人民医院的20名护士作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分成对照组(n=10)和观察组(n=10),对照组护士采用常规管理,观察组护士采用分层次管理;以同期来本院住院治疗的300例患者为研究对象,分成观察A组(n=150)和对照A组(n=150)展开对照研究,从不同角度分析两种护理管理效果。结果观察组护士的基础护理、病房管理、护理操作和病历书写评分高于对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的护理理论知识、护理操作技能评分高于对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的工作量与时间的分配、管理和人际关系、工作资源和环境、护理专业和工作、患者护理评分均低于对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的班次安排、自我价值、福利待遇、家庭与工作关系、发展机会评分均高于对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察A组患者的护理满意度高于对照A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院护理管理体系中应用分层次管理法,能够有效提升护理质量、护士的工作能力、患者的护理满意度,降低护士的工作压力源,应用效果和价值明显。 Objective To study the application effect and value of hierarchical management in hospital nursing management system.Methods 20 nurses from the second people's Hospital of Banan District,Chongqing from September 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=10)and observation group(n=10)according to the random number table method.The nurses in the control group were under routine management,and the nurses in the observation group were under hierarchical management.300 patients hospitalized in the hospital in the same period were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group A(n=150)and control group A(n=150)to carry out the control study.Analyzed the effect of two kinds of nursing management from different angles.Results The scores of basic nursing,ward management,nursing operation and medical record writing of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those of the nurses in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing theoretical knowledge and nursing operation skills scores of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The workload and time allocation,management and interpersonal relationship,work resources and environment,nursing specialty and work,and patient nursing scores of the nurses in the observation group were lower than those of the nurses in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of shift arrangement,self-worth,welfare,family and work relationship,and development opportunities of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those of the nurses in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group A was higher than that in control group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the hospital nursing management system,the application of hierarchical management method can effectively improve the quality of nursing,the working ability of nurses,and the nursing satisfaction of patients;reduce nurses'work stressors,the application effect and value are obvious.
