SWOT分析法在手术室护理人员管理中的应用

Application of SWOT Analysis Method in Management of Nursing Staff in Operating Room

目的分析SWOT分析法在手术室护理人员管理中的应用情况。方法选取潍坊市中医院2019年10月—2020年9月手术室护理人员31名作为对照组,采用常规手术室护理管理;另选取本院2020年10月—2021年10月手术室护理人员33名作为研究组,采用SWOT分析法。两组均持续干预6个月,对比两组护理人员的工作满意度情况及护理管理质量评分情况。结果研究组在个人及专业发展机会、工作被认可和表扬、个人成就感、工资待遇与补贴、排班安排和工作条件、管理与医院政策、人际关系方面的评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组对职业本身特点及家庭与工作之间的平衡评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组在院感控制、护理文件书写、护理技能、基础护理考核及病区管理方面的评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术室护理人员采用SWOT分析法进行管理后有助于提高护理人员的工作满意度,可有效提高护理人员的自身专业水平和临床护理技能,有助于提高护理管理质量,效果明显。

Objective To analyze the application of SWOT analysis method in the management of nursing staff in operating room.Methods 31 operating room nurses from October 2019 to September 2020 in Weifang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the control group,and routine operating room nursing management was adopted;33 operating room nurses from October 2020 to October 2021 in our hospital were also selected as a research group,and SWOT analysis method was adopted.Both groups continued to intervene for 6 months,and the job satisfaction and nursing management quality scores of the nursing staff were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group in terms of personal and professional development opportunities,job recognition and praise,personal achievement,wages and subsidies,shift arrangements and working conditions,management and hospital policies,and interpersonal relationships,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups on the characteristics of the occupation itself and the balance between family and work(P>0.05).The nosocomial control scores of the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of nosocomial control,nursing document writing,nursing skill,basic nursing assessment and ward management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management of nursing staff in operating room by SWOT analysis can help improve the job satisfaction of nursing staff,and can effectively improve the professional level and clinical nursing skills of nursing staff.It is helpful to improve the quality of nursing management,the effect is obvious.
