医院保洁人员院感管理中的问题与应对策略

保洁人员作为医院管理的重要组成部分,卫生工作的好坏将对医疗工作的工作产生重要的作用。现阶段,医院的保洁人员受教育水平普遍偏低,对院感的认识不足,工作中缺乏条理,导致院感的发病率也越来越高,由于保洁人员与患者的紧密联系,很容易成为病原体的传播途径,所以科学有效地管理卫生工作对于有效防治医院的感染具有重要的作用。本次研究就医院保洁人员院感管理中的问题进行分析,通过加强对保洁人员的岗前教育和评估,提高其对院感预防的认识。通过对保洁人员实行绩效考评,运用奖励与惩罚机制激励其工作热情,并促使其采取有效的防治对策。另外,强化保洁人员的心理辅导,做好危机心理的介入,以更好地避免院感的出现。

As an important part of hospital management,cleaning staff will play an important role in the work of medical work.At this stage,the level of education of the cleaning staff in the hospital is generally low,the understanding of the hospital feeling is insufficient,and the lack of organization in their work leads to an increasing incidence of hospital feeling.Due to the close contact between the cleaning staff and the patients,it is easy to become a Therefore,scientific and effective management of health work plays an important role in effectively preventing and treating nosocomial infections.This study analyzes the problems in the management of nosocomial infection among hospital cleaning personnel,and improves their awareness of the prevention of nosocomial infection by strengthening pre-job education and evaluation of cleaning personnel.Through the performance evaluation of cleaning personnel,the incentive and punishment mechanism is used to stimulate their enthusiasm for work,and to encourage them to take effective preventive measures.In addition,strengthen the psychological counseling of cleaning staff,and do a good job in crisis psychological intervention to better avoid the appearance of hospital feeling.
