分时段日督查模式在外科护理质量管理中的应用

Application of Day-by-day Supervision Mode in Surgical Nursing Quality Management

目的分析分时段日督查模式在外科护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月泰州市中西医结合医院外科相关护理人员共30名,在同时间段选择患者100例。将2020年1月—2021年1月实施常规干预方案的护理人员15名纳入对照组,患者50例;将2021年2月—2022年1月实施分时段日督查模式的护理人员15名纳入观察组,患者50例。对比两组护理质量管理效果。结果观察组风险事件发生率低于对照组,护理服务质量评分高于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理过程中实施分时段日督查模式能有效提升护理人员的护理质量,确保患者的安全,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of the day-by-period supervision mode in the quality management of surgical nursing.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,a total of 30 surgical nurses from Taizhou integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital were selected,and 100 patients were selected during the same period.From January 2020 to January 2021,15 nurses who implemented the conventional intervention program were included in the control group,with 50 patients;from February 2021 to January 2022,15 nurses who implemented the phased daily supervision mode were included in the observation group,with 50 patients.The nursing quality management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the nursing service quality score was higher than that in the control group,and the patient satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of surgical nursing,the implementation of the day-by-period supervision mode can effectively improve the nursing quality of nursing staff,ensure the safety of patients,and patient satisfaction.
