摘要
目的对PDCA循环法在消毒供应护理管理中的应用效果进行探究。方法选择泰安市中医二院2021年1—6月期间消毒供应室护理管理中实施PDCA循环法后的400件医疗器械作为研究对象,将其作为甲组,选择2020年6—12月PDCA循环法实施前的400件医疗器械作为乙组。对比两组的护理管理效果及手术器械感染率等。结果乙组手术器械感染率高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在环境管理、包装管理、清洗灭菌以及器械管理等评分方面,与乙组相比,甲组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组差错发生率高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室的护理管理中,应用PDCA循环法效果显著,可以有效降低由于手术器械而导致的手术感染率,提高护理管理质量,而且还能够降低差错发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle method in disinfection supply nursing management.Methods 400 pieces of medical devices after the implementation of PDCA cycle method in the nursing management of disinfection supply room in Tai'an Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were regarded as group A.Selected 400 medical devices before the implementation of the PDCA cycle from June to December 2020 as Group B.The nursing management effect and surgical instrument infection rate were compared between the two groups.Results The infection rate of surgical instruments in group B was higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of environmental management,packaging management,cleaning and sterilization,and equipment management,compared with group B,group A was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The error rate of group B was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of the disinfection supply room,the application of PDCA cycle method has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the surgical infection rate caused by surgical instruments,improve the quality of nursing management,and reduce the incidence of errors.
