参与管理模式在护理管理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Participatory Management Model in Nursing Management

目的分析参与管理模式在护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1—12月护理人员20名为对照组,以2021年1—12月护理人员20名为观察组,对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用参与管理模式,分析两组护理质量、护理指标合格情况、护理满意度及护理投诉率等的差异性。结果观察组优质护理、健康教育、消毒隔离、分级护理、文书书写、专科护理等质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病区管理、一级管理、基础护理、查对制度等护理指标合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的护理管理满意率高于对照组,护理投诉率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理管理中,应用参与管理模式,可改善护理的质量,降低护理投诉率。

Objective To analyze the application value of participatory management model in nursing management.Methods 20 nursing staff from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 20 nursing staff from January to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted routine nursing management,and the observation group adopted the participation management mode.Differences in nursing quality,nursing index eligibility,nursing satisfaction and nursing complaint rate between the two groups were analyzed.Results The quality scores of high-quality nursing,health education,disinfection and isolation,graded nursing,document writing,and specialized nursing in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of nursing indicators such as ward management,primary management,basic nursing,checking system in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing management satisfaction rate of the nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the nursing complaint rate was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In nursing management,the application of participatory management mode can improve the quality of nursing,and reduce the nursing complaint rate.
