风险防范式管理在基层外科护理管理中的实际效果

The Actual Effect of Risk Prevention Management in Primary Surgical Nursing Management

目的探讨基层外科护理管理采用风险防范式管理的效果。方法选取2021年1—12月罗田县人民医院外科的16名护理人员作为观察组,采用风险防范式管理,选取2020年1—12月16名护理人员作为对照组,采用常规管理,比较两组护理风险事件发生率、护理质量评分、护理人员自我工作状态满意度。结果观察组护理意外事故、护理差错事故、护理纠纷等护理风险发生率较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组理论知识、技术操作、护理态度、职业素养、应急能力等护理质量评分较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员自我工作状态满意度较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险防范式管理应用于基层外科护理管理中,可提高护理质量,降低护理风险事件发生率,提高护理人员自我工作状态满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of risk prevention management in primary surgical nursing management.Methods Selected 16 surgical nurses in Luotian County People's Hospital from January to December 2021 as the observation group,adopting risk prevention management,selected 16 nurses from January to December 2020 as the control group,using routine management,and compared the two groups Incidence of nursing risk events,nursing quality score,nursing staff self-work status satisfaction.Results The incidence of nursing accidents,nursing errors,and nursing disputes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality such as theoretical knowledge,technical operation,nursing attitude,professional quality and emergency response ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-work status satisfaction of the nursing staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk prevention management applied in primary surgical nursing management can improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,and improve the self-work status satisfaction of nursing staff.
