数字化医学影像学信息系统在放射科质量管理中的应用

Application of Digital Medical Imaging Information System in Radiology Quality Management

目的探讨分析在放射科质量管理工作中引入数字化医学影像学信息系统的临床价值。方法本研究确定医院放射科数字化信息系统目标,并建立数字化医学影像学信息系统,选择2019年1月—2020年12月黄州区人民医院放射科医学影像系统检查的38124份DR胸片作为研究材料;其中2020年1—12月的20140份DR结果采用信息系统模式,2019年1—12月的17984份DR结果采用传统模式。比较两种模式实际应用情况、影像学管理模式、胶片管理方法等。结果实施信息系统模式后,质量控制结果中体检异常患者随访率、报告合格率、诊断符合率均高于传统模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而信息系统模式DR图像伪影或体位不佳、体检者信息不全或不一致等占比低于传统模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在胶片管理中信息系统的应用可提高工作效率,降低时间、空间、人力等成本。信息系统模式工作人员对影像质量、管理质量满意度评分均高于传统模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在放射科质量管理工作中,推广应用数字化医学影像学信息系统,有利于提高质量控制效果,降低管理的成本,提高工作人员满意度水平,满足合现代化质量管理需求。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of introducing digital medical imaging information system in the quality management of radiology department.Methods This study determined the goal of the digital information system of the hospital radiology department,and established a digital medical imaging information system,38124 DR chest radiographs examined by the medical imaging system of the Department of Radiology,Huangzhou District People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research materials;20140 DR results from January to December 2020 adopted the information system model.The 17984 DR results from January to December 2019 were in the traditional model.Compared the practical application of the two modes,the imaging management mode,the film management method,etc.Results After the implementation of the information system model,the follow-up rate,report qualification rate,and diagnosis coincidence rate of patients with abnormal physical examination in the quality control results were higher than those of the traditional model,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);in the information system mode,the proportion of DR image artifacts or poor posture,incomplete or inconsistent information of the examiners was lower than that in the traditional mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The application of information systems in film management can improve work efficiency and reduce costs such as time,space,and labor.The satisfaction scores of image quality and management quality of staff in the information system mode were higher than those in the traditional mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the quality management of radiology department,the promotion and application of digital medical imaging information system is beneficial to improve the quality control effect,reduce the cost of management,improve the level of staff satisfaction,and meet the needs of modern quality management.
