规范呼吸重症监护病房仪器管理研究进展

Research Progress on Standardizing Instrument Management in Respiratory Intensive Care Unit

呼吸重症监护病房是呼吸科抢救危重患者的主要医疗地点,随着抢救急诊危重患者的增加以及医学技术的发展,各类医疗监护仪器设备相继研发并使用,为患者的治疗提供了重要辅助作用。在呼吸重症监护病房管理中,由于呼吸困难导致的患者病死率很高,因此多采用呼吸机进行气管插管治疗。呼吸机是呼吸重症监护病房中最常见的一种医疗器械,它可以改善患者的呼吸功能,提高患者的肺通气率,改善缺氧症状,减少CO_(2)滞留。但是,若呼吸重症监护病房仪器管理不当,容易引发患者同时发生铜绿脓杆菌、不动杆菌等感染,对身体造成很大的伤害,从而导致呼吸机的使用效率下降。采用正确、合理的方法规范呼吸重症监护病房仪器管理,可以提高重症监护病房的使用安全性,还可以延长重症监护病房仪器的使用年限,有效降低仪器的使用失效率。本文针对规范呼吸重症监护病房仪器管理研究开展综述。

Respiratory intensive care unit is the main medical place for rescuing critically ill patients in respiratory department.With the increase of emergency rescue of critically ill patients and the development of medical technology,various medical monitoring instruments and equipment have been developed and used one after another,providing important assistance for the treatment of patients.In the management of the respiratory intensive care unit,the mortality rate of patients is high due to dyspnea,so ventilators are often used for tracheal intubation.The ventilator is the most common medical device in the respiratory intensive care unit.It can improve the patient's respiratory function,increase the patient's pulmonary ventilation rate,improve the symptoms of hypoxia,and reduce CO_(2) retention.However,if the equipment in the respiratory intensive care unit is not properly managed,it is easy to cause the simultaneous occurrence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter and other infections in patients,causing great harm to the body,resulting in a decrease in the efficiency of ventilator use.Adopting correct and reasonable methods to standardize the management of instruments in the respiratory intensive care unit can improve the safety of the use of the intensive care unit,prolong the service life of the instruments in the intensive care unit,and effectively reduce the failure rate of the use of the instruments.This paper reviews the research on standardizing instrument management in respiratory intensive care units.
