摘要
近年来,随着我国财政改革不断深入,人民对医疗服务水平的要求也在不断提高,传统医院管理模式受到了冲击,因此,公立医院要想谋求发展、提高收入,保证运营管理,医院的管理者须清晰地认识到严峻的形势转变,改变传统的管理思维,运用科学合理的新方法,注重加强医院内部管理,多措并举实现新形势下的高质量跨越式发展。
In recent years,with the deepening of our country's financial reform,people's requirements for medical service levels are also constantly improving,and the traditional hospital management model has been impacted.Therefore,in order for public hospitals to seek development,increase income,and ensure operational management,hospital managers must clearly recognize the severe change in the situation,change traditional management thinking,use scientific and rational new methods,and focus on strengthening hospital internal management,take multiple measures to achieve high-quality leap-forward development under the new situation.
