摘要
通过对燃气用聚乙烯管材经80℃恒温老化试验,检测其不同时段氧化诱导时间、拉伸性能和静液压强度,研究温度对材料性能指标的影响规律。通过试验数据分析,发现温度主要影响材料的氧化诱导期。提出了在燃气输配聚乙烯压力管道设计、运输储存、安装、使用环节需考虑温度的影响及应对措施,对其他聚乙烯材料管道具有借鉴意义。
In this paper,through the constant temperature aging test of polyethylene pipe for gas at 80℃,the oxidation induction time,tensile properties and hydrostatic strength in different periods were measured,and the effect of temperature on the material performance indexes was studied.Through the analysis of experimental data,it is found that temperature mainly affects the oxidation induction period of materials.It is proposed that the influence of temperature should be considered and countermeasures should be taken in the design,transportation,storage,installation and use of polyethylene pressure pipeline for gas transmission and distribution.It can be used for reference to other polyethylene pipes.
