不同涂层的彩钢板对防水密封胶粘带剥离强度影响的研究

Study on the Effect of Different Coatings of Color Steel Plates on Peel Adhesion Property of Waterproof Sealing Adhesive Tapes

对四种不同涂层的彩钢板进行涂层性能测试,验证其符合相关标准要求之后,用四种不同涂层的彩钢板作为基材,研究了彩钢板基材对防水密封胶粘带在标准状态、热处理、碱处理以及浸水处理四种条件下的剥离强度的影响,并进行单因素方差分析。结果表明,涂层性能符合标准技术要求的不同种类彩钢板对防水密封胶粘带在四种条件下的剥离强度无显著影响。

In this paper,the coating performance test of four different coatings of color steel plates was carried out,and after verifying that they met the requirements of the relevant standard,the influence of color steel plate substrates on peel adhesion property of waterproof sealing adhesive tape under four conditions(standard state,heat treatment,alkali treatment and water immersion treatment)was studied,and the results show that different types of color steel plates with coating performance in accordance with the technical requirements of the standard don’t have a significant impact on peel adhesion property of waterproof sealing adhesive tapes under four conditions.
