摘要
针对一起660MW超临界燃煤锅炉屏式过热器泄漏爆管事故,通过现场勘查、宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相组织分析、氧化物堆积量分析等技术,对爆管原因进行分析。结果表明,由于氧化物脱落、堆积引起管内介质流通不畅,导致管材短时过热,造成泄露爆管,并提出相应的预防措施及建议,防止类似事故再次发生。
For a tube cracking accident in platen superheater of 660MW coal-fired boiler, the reasons are analyzed by means of site inspection, macroscopic morphology observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical performance test, microstructure observation, oxide accumulation analysis and other test methods. The results show that the cracking is caused by oxide shedding and accumulation that leads to poor medium flow in the tube and short-time tube overheating.The corresponding measures and suggestions have been put forward to prevent similar accidents from happening again.
