浅析火电机组深度调峰对超临界锅炉的影响 被引量:5

Analysis on Influence of Deep Peak-shaving Technology of Thermal Power Unit on Supercritical Boilers

摘要 我国新能源战略要求火电机组能够适应深度调峰运行,然而机组深度调峰也给锅炉带来了一定的影响。对目前超临界锅炉火电机组深度调峰技术进行分析,归纳总结出锅炉在机组深度调峰中可能出现的技术问题,通过一个典型案例研究了深度调峰对启动分离器、高温集箱、高温连接管道等厚壁部件造成的影响,从而提出有效减少此类影响的措施。 China’s new energy strategy requires thermal power units to be able to adapt to the deep peak shaving operation, but the deep peak shaving of units also brings certain impact on the boiler. Based on the analysis of the current deep peak shaving technology of supercritical boiler thermal power unit, the possible technical problems in the deep peak shaving of the boiler unit is summarized through a typical case, especially studies the influence of the deep peak shaving on the thick wall components such as start-up separator, high-temperature header, high-temperature connecting pipe, etc.,so as to put forward effective measures to reduce such influence.
