云南某地青年学生生殖道沙眼衣原体感染调查

Chlamydia Trachomatis Infection Among Young Students in Some of Yunnan Province

目的了解云南省某地青年学生生殖道沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis,CT)的感染现状及其影响因素,为制定科学的防治措施提供依据。方法结合云南省艾滋病监测青年学生哨点,选择某州某校在读学生进行现场问卷调查,同时采集尿液送云南省疾病预防控制中心进行沙眼衣原体核酸检测。结果共调查798名学生,平均年龄(20.61±1.4)岁,生殖道CT感染率为8.52%(68/798)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明:女性、高年级(四年级和五年级)、最近一年没有接受过有关预防性病艾滋病的宣传服务是CT感染的危险因素。结论应加强青年学生生殖道CT的筛查,及时发现传染源,早诊断早治疗,避免晚期不良结局的发生。各类高校应在性健康教育和性病知识宣传中扩展宣传知识面,多病共防,加强性健康教育观念和安全套使用观念教育,增强青年学生的自我保护意识,树立正确的性健康理念。

Objective To investigate the Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)infection and influencing factors among young students in somewhere of Yunnan Province,and to provide a basis for formulating scientific prevention and treatment measures.Methods A convenient sampling method and questionnaire survey were conducted among young students,urine samples were collected for CT detection.Results A total of 798 students were investigated,average age(20.61±1.4)years,CT infection rate 8.52%(68/798).Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed women,senior grades(fourth and fifth grades),and no STDs and AIDS health services in the past year were the risk factors.Conclusion CT screening of young students should be strengthened,the source of infection should be found in time,early diagnosis and treatment should be made to avoid the occurrence of adverse outcomes.It is suggested that the STDs related education and behaviral intervention should be strengthened and expanded in colleges.Preventing multiple diseases together,strengthen the concept of sexual health education and the concept of condom use,to enhance the self-protection awareness of young students,and establish a correct concept of sexual health.
