旱区化工行业与水资源规模协调型统计方法研究

Research on coordinated statistical methods of chemical industry and water resources scale in arid areas

文章针对干旱能源型经济区域化工行业的过快发展规模与建设热潮,充分考虑了水资源承载规模及其扩展效益、化工行业生产规模和社会经济发展之间的相互协调性,从规划计量的重要性顺位出发,给出了水资源和生产规模的系统计量和统计过程。通过对区域水资源的承载规模和优化分布以及节约潜力的实际情况分析,特别提出了与区域水资源配置能力相适应的化工行业生产规模,同时考虑了全社会经济发展的用水需求,从而保证化工行业建设规划规模和现有生产规模的安全和可持续发展。

In view of the rapid development scale and construction upsurge of the chemical industry in the arid energy economy region,this paper fully considers the coordination between the carrying scale of water resources and its expansion benefits,the production scale of the chemical industry and social and economic development,and gives the systematic measurement and statistical process of water resources and production scale from the importance of planning and measurement.Through the analysis of the actual situation of the carrying scale,optimal distribution and saving potential of regional water resources,the production scale of the chemical industry that is suitable for the allocation capacity of regional water resources is especially proposed,and the water demand of the whole social and economic development is considered,so as to ensure the safe and sustainable development of the planned scale of chemical industry construction and the existing production scale.
