基于读者小数据的“智慧图书馆+”精准服务分析

在大数据融入生活方方面面的大背景下,图书馆传统服务已经无法满足用户读者对于信息的需求。文章阐述了基于读者小数据的“智慧图书馆+”精准服务研究,是以读者个体为中心,全方位地将读者日常行为中各个小数据集互联互通互应用,形成读者用户独一无二的数据集,形成用户画像和定义标签,分析用户需求模型从而提供精准、个性的服务,“智慧图书馆+”小数据在下一代智慧图书馆服务研究中可以起到很重要的作用。利用从大数据中延伸出来的小数据思维应用到智慧图书馆建设,正好与“回归读者”“以读者为中心”“读者至上”等服务理念相契合,图书馆服务回归到以读者个体为中心,精准给予服务。

Under the background of big data integrating into all aspects of life,the traditional services of the library have been unable to meet the needs of users and readers for information.This paper expounds the research on“smart library+”accurate services based on readers’small data,which is centered on the individual readers,and comprehensively interconnects and applies various small data sets in readers’daily behaviors,forming readers’unique data sets,user portraits and definition labels,analyzing user demand models to provide accurate and personalized services,“smart library+”small data can play a very important role in the next generation of smart library service research.The application of small data thinking extended from big data to the construction of smart libraries coincides with the service concepts of“returning to readers”,“taking readers as the center”and“readers first”.Library services return to take readers as the center and providing services accurately.
