This paper makes a simple analysis of the digital management mode,discusses the library management,information development and utilization methods based on the“Internet+”background,and the integration and innovation of the new generation of information technology and libraries represented by cloud computing,the Internet of Things and big data,and discusses the ideas of library talent construction under the internet background,in order to provide help and reference for the use of modern books and materials in our country.
