摘要
为解决产业需求与人才供给矛盾,产业学院成为促进工程教育与产业发展共赢的重要改革。文章以无锡太湖学院中兴学院为例,基于教育部ICT产教融合创新基地,对信息通信技术人才培养模式进行了积极探索。以ICT产业人才需求为导向,明确“准工程师+准职业人”的人才培养目标,与产业龙头企业联合制定人才培养方案。引入企业的睿智职业规划体系,构建基于项目式教学法的课程体系,分阶段培养人才,结合创新实践平台,构成“122”人才培养模式。
In order to solve the contradiction between industrial demand and talent supply,industrial cooperation college has become an important reform to promote the win-win situation of engineering education and industrial development.Taking Wuxi Taihu University ZTE College as an example,based on the Information Communication Technology(ICT)Industry-education Integration Innovation Base of the Ministry of Education,this paper actively explores the talent cultivation mode in ICT.Guided by the talent demand of ICT industry,the company clearly defines the talent cultivation goal of“would-be engineers+would-be employees”,and jointly develops talent cultivation programs with leading enterprises in the industry.Introducing the intelligent career planning system of the enterprise,constructing the curriculum system based on project-based teaching method,cultivating talents in stages,combining with the innovative practice platform,forming the“122”talent cultivation mode.
