科技期刊青年编辑快速提升编辑技能的途径探究

文章阐述了科技期刊青年编辑是推动未来科技期刊发展的新生力量,为帮助新入职的科技期刊青年编辑较快地进入工作状态,提高工作效率,笔者结合自身的工作经验,总结出几条可以帮助科技期刊青年编辑快速提升编辑技能的途径,主要包括:参加全国出版专业技术人员职业资格考试、参加继续教育与会议、参加科技期刊青年编辑业务比赛、做编辑笔记及写作等。

Young editors of sci-tech journals are a new force to promote the development of future sci-tech journals,to help the newly recruited young editors of sci-tech journals faster into the working state and improve their work efficiency,the author summarized several ways to help young editors of sci-tech journals to rapidly improve their editing skills,mainly including taking the national professional qualification examination for publishing professionals,attending continuing education and conferences,participating in youth editorial business competitions of sci-tech journals,making editorial notes,writing and so on.
