老年病科护士实施PDCA循环管理模式的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of PDCA Cycle Management Model Implemented by Nurses in Geriatrics Department

目的探究老年病科护理人员实施PDCA(Plan Do Check Action)循环管理模式的可行性。方法选取2019年5月—2021年6月吉林省一汽总医院老年病科在职护理人员19名为研究对象。管理前(2019年5月—2020年5月)实施传统护理管理模式,管理后(2020年6月—2021年6月)实施PDCA循环管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员康复管理能力、沟通能力及共情能力。结果管理后护理人员运动康复管理、按摩康复管理、生活活动管理、心理疏导管理等康复管理能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员团队沟通能力、护患语言沟通能力、护患非语言沟通能力、情感感知能力、情感支持能力、困难情景沟通能力等沟通能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员观点采择、情感护理、换位思考等共情能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年病科护理人员实施两种护理管理模式后,PDCA循环管理模式管理效果更加理想,能够全面提高护理人员康复管理能力、沟通能力及共情能力,可为老年患者提供更加优质专业的护理服务。

Objective To explore the feasibility of implementing PDCA(Plan Do Check Action)cycle management model among geriatric nurses.Methods A total of 19 nursing staff in the geriatrics department of FAW General Hospital of Jilin Province from May 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The traditional nursing(May 2019 to May 2020)management mode was implemented before management,and the PDCA cycle(June 2020-June 2021)management mode was implemented after management.The nursing staff's rehabilitation management ability,communication ability and empathy ability were compared before and after management.Results After the management,the nursing staff's sports rehabilitation management,massage rehabilitation management,life activity management,psychological counseling management and other rehabilitation management ability scores were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of communication skills such as team communication skills,nurse-patient verbal communication skills,nurse-patient non-verbal communication skills,emotional perception skills,emotional support skills,and communication skills in difficult situations were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of empathy ability of nursing staff,such as viewpoint-taking,emotional nursing,and empathy,were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After implementing the two nursing management modes,the PDCA cycle management mode has a more ideal management effect.It can comprehensively improve the rehabilitation management ability,communication ability and empathy ability of nursing staff,and can provide more high-quality professional nursing services for elderly patients.
