摘要
目的观察批判性思维训练在提高儿科实习医师临床思维能力的影响。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院2021年6—12月实习的临床医学专业30名学生作为研究对象,在儿科临床本科实习教学中应用批判性思维训练法,比较应用前后训练效果。结果应用后儿科实习医师除开放思想外其他各维度及总分均高于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论批判性思维训练教学法有利于提高儿科实习医师的临床思维能力。
Objective To observe the effect of critical thinking training on improving the clinical thinking ability of pediatric interns.Methods 30 students majoring in clinical medicine who practiced in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from June to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,application of critical thinking training method in pediatric clinical undergraduate practice teaching.The training effect before and after application was compared.Results After application,all dimensions and total scores of pediatric interns except open-mindedness were higher than those before application,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of critical thinking training is beneficial to improve the clinical thinking ability of pediatric interns.
