优化护理管理在急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓中的应用

Application of Optimized Nursing Management in Intravenous Thrombolysis in Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的分析急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓治疗时采取优化护理管理的价值。方法选取2020年1—12月山东健康集团淄博医院实施管理的护理人员24名为研究对象,2020年1—6月实施基础护理管理的护理人员为对照组,2020年7—12月实施优化护理管理的护理人员为观察组。对比实施前后护理质量、通知溶栓小组时间、溶栓小组就位所用时间、建立静脉通道时间、总抢救时间。结果观察组通知溶栓小组时间、溶栓小组就位时间、建立静脉通道时间、总抢救时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者采取静脉溶栓治疗时,对护理人员实施优化护理管理具有较高的临床价值,能够提高护理质量,能优化护士对各项工作的执行情况。

Objective To analyze the value of optimal nursing management in patients with acute ischemic stroke during intravenous thrombolysis.Methods A total of 24 nursing staff who were managed by Shandong Guoxin Health Group Zibo Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,the nursing staff who implemented basic nursing management from January to June 2020 were the control group.The nursing staff who implemented optimized nursing management from July to December 2020 were the observation group.The quality of nursing before and after the implementation,The time to notify thrombolysis team,time spent by the thrombolysis team in place,the time to establish intravenous access,and the total rescue time were compared.Results The time to notify the thrombolysis time,the time for the thrombolysis team to be in place,the time of establishing intravenous access,and the total rescue time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When patients with acute ischemic stroke are treated with intravenous thrombolysis,it is of high clinical value to optimize nursing management for nursing staff,which can improve the quality of nursing,optimize the implementation of various tasks by nurses.
