精神分裂症患者康复期行为治疗与ABC情绪管理的实施效果观察

Observation on the Implementation Effect of Behavioral Therapy and ABC Emotional Management in Patients with Schizophrenia during Rehabilitation

目的探讨行为治疗与ABC情绪管理在精神分裂症患者康复期管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年11月—2021年12月株洲市三三一医院精神科18名医护工作人员为研究对象。依据不同时间阶段所实施的管理方法不同进行分组,2020年11月—2021年5月采取常规管理的纳入参考组;2021年6—12月实施行为治疗与ABC情绪管理的纳入研究组。对比两组管理效果评分、管理质量评分和管理满意度情况。结果研究组管理效果评分高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理质量明显高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理满意度高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症患者康复期管理中实施行为治疗与ABC情绪管理的效果显著,相比于常规管理能够更好地提高管理效果和管理质量,医护人员管理满意度更高。

Objective To explore the effect of behavior therapy and ABC emotion management in the management of schizophrenia patients during the rehabilitation period.Methods 18 medical and nursing staff in the psychiatry department of 331 Hospital of Zhuzhou City from November 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Grouped according to different management methods implemented in different time periods,from November 2020 to May 2021,the reference group was included in routine management;from June to December 2021,the study group was included in behavioral therapy and ABC emotional management.The management effect scores,management quality scores and management satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results The score of management effect in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the management quality of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the management satisfaction of the study group was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of behavioral therapy and ABC emotional management in the management of schizophrenia patients during the rehabilitation period is significant,and compared with conventional management,it can better improve the management effect and management quality,the management satisfaction of medical staff is higher.
