摘要
目的检验、评析持续护理质量改进措施应用于老年呼吸科护理管理中的有效性。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月呼吸科护理人员18名设为参照组,采取常规护理管理模式。选取2021年2月—2022年2月护理人员18名设为观察组,采取持续护理质量改进管理模式。对比两组管理满意度、护理质量评分、管理前后护理人员综合能力评分、护理人员考核成绩。结果①观察组管理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组护理质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③管理前,两组护理人员综合能力评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),管理后,观察组护理人员综合能力评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④管理前,两组护理人员考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理后,观察组护理人员考核成绩高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年呼吸科护理管理中采用持续护理质量改进措施,可提升护理人员的综合能力,提高护理人员掌握知识程度,并提升管理满意度及管理质量,促进医院持续、长远发展。
Objective To test and evaluate the effectiveness of continuous nursing quality improvement measures in nursing management of geriatric respiratory department.Methods A total of 18 nursing staff in the respiratory department from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the reference group,and the routine nursing management mode was adopted.A total of 18 nursing staff from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the observation group,and the continuous nursing quality improvement management mode was adopted.The management satisfaction,nursing quality scores,nursing staff comprehensive ability scores before and after management,and nursing staff assessment scores were compared between the two groups.Results 1.The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Before the management,there was no statistically significant difference in the comprehensive ability score of the nursing staff between the two groups(P>0.05).After the management,the comprehensive ability score of the nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Before management,there was no statistically significant difference in the assessment scores of nursing staff between the two groups(P>0.05).After management,the assessment scores of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using of continuous nursing quality improvement measures in the nursing management of geriatric respiratory department can improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff,improve the knowledge level of nursing staff,improve management satisfaction and management quality,and promote the sustainable and long-term development of the hospital.
