风险管理在肿瘤科护理管理中的应用及降低风险事件的发生分析

Application of Risk Management in Oncology Nursing Management and Analysis of the Occurrence of Risk Reduction Events

目的研究风险管理在肿瘤科护理管理中的应用价值及在降低风险事件发生率方面的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月枣庄市立医院肿瘤科护理人员12名,将2018年1—12月开展常规管理结果作为对照组;2019年1—12月实施风险管理结果为观察组。另选取两个时间段本院接收的肿瘤科患者各50例。将两组风险事件发生率、被表扬率、被投诉率进行对比,同时比较两组患者的护理满意度、护理管理质量评分情况。结果观察组患者的风险事件发生率和被投诉率同对照组相比较均明显更低,被表扬率明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理管理方式满意度评分、护理管理效果满意度评分及护理管理态度满意度评分和对照组相比较均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的服务态度评分、沟通能力评分、操作规范性评分及书写规范性评分均明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤科护理管理中应用风险管理的效果显著,其可有效减少风险事件的发生。

Objective To study the application value of risk management in oncology nursing management and its effect in reducing the incidence of risk events.Methods Selected from the nursing staff of the oncology department of Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,with a total of 12 nursing staff.The results of routine management from January to December 2018 were used as the control group.The results of implementing risk management from January to December 2019 were the observation group.In addition,50 patients in oncology department were admitted to the hospital in two periods respectively.The incidence rate,praise rate,and complaint rate of the two groups of risk events were compared.At the same time,the nursing satisfaction and nursing management quality scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of risk events and the rate of being complained in the observation group were significantly lower,and the rate of being praised was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing management method satisfaction score,nursing management effect satisfaction score and nursing management attitude satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The service attitude score,communication ability score,operation normative score and writing normative score of the nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in oncology nursing management has a significant effect,it can effectively reduce the occurrence of risk events.
