摘要
目的评估神经内科护理管理中实施精细化护理的效果。方法选取2020年1—12月湘潭市第二人民医院神经内科工作的护理人员15名,将其纳入参比组,应用传统方式管理。选取2021年1—12月湘潭市第二人民医院神经内科工作的护理人员15名,将其纳入观察组,应用精细化管理。分析两组神经内科护理人员管理后的测评成绩、工作能力、负责患者的管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组护理人员的测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的工作能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对神经内科工作护理人员进行管理时,应用精细化管理能够提升护理人员专业水平,锻炼护理人员工作能力,提高负责患者的管理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of refined nursing in the nursing management of neurology department.Methods Fifteen nurses who worked in the neurology department of Xiangtan Second People's Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected,included in the reference group,and managed by traditional methods.Fifteen nurses working in the Department of Neurology of Xiangtan Second People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected,included in the observation group,and refined management was applied.The evaluation results,work ability,and management satisfaction of responsible patients in the two groups of neurology nurses were analyzed.Results After management,the evaluation scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of the nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff in the observation group had higher satisfaction with the management of patients than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of nursing staff in neurology department,the application of refined management can improve the professional level of nursing staff,exercise the working ability of nursing staff,and improve the management satisfaction of responsible patients.
