基于SHA2011的中医治疗服务费用分析及发展探讨

Discussion on the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Service Costs Based on SHA2011

目的通过对M医院中医治疗服务费用的现状分析提出中医治疗服务发展相应建议。方法以SHA2011核算方法为基础,图表分析与描述性分析相结合对2019—2021年住院患者中医治疗各项数据进行归纳整理。结果76.39%的住院人群接受过中医治疗;中医治疗费用占住院技术性服务收入10.20%;中医治疗中针灸费用占比65.00%;针灸推拿骨科肛肠等科室提供了43.09%的治疗费用。结论中医治疗覆盖人次较广,但治疗费用占比偏低,中医治疗类别发展不均衡,需要从医教研协同建设、治疗项目审批及定价机制调整、中医院医保支付方式改革等进行调整,加大中医治疗技术推广应用。

Objective To put forward corresponding suggestions for the development of TCM treatment services by analyzing the current situation of TCM treatment service costs in M Hospital.Methods Based on the SHA2011 accounting method,the data of TCM treatment of inpatients from 2019 to 2021 were summarized and sorted by combining chart analysis and descriptive analysis.Results 76.39%of the inpatients had received TCM treatment;TCM treatment costs accounted for 10.20%of inpatient technical service income;TCM treatment accounted for 65.00%of acupuncture costs.Acupuncture,massage,orthopedics,anorectal and other departments provided 43.09%of the treatment cost.Conclusion TCM treatment covers a wide range of people,but the proportion of treatment costs is low,and the development of TCM treatment categories is uneven.It is necessary to make adjustments from the coordinated construction of medical,teaching and research,the approval of treatment projects and the adjustment of pricing mechanisms,and the reform of medical insurance payment methods in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,and to increase the promotion and application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment technology.
