在网络技术快速发展的今天,微信公共服务已经在医学上得到了越来越多的应用。为有效缓解儿童保健服务中存在的接种排队等候和儿童保健优质服务的不足,医院通过创新在线诊疗方式,利用微信公众号的儿童健康管理平台的设计与应用,整合多种功能,致力于解决儿童健康管理的相关问题。本次研究对微信公众号儿童健康管理平台的设计与架构进行分析,并且对健康管理平台的业务内容进行阐述,分析了微信公众号儿童健康管理平台的亮点功能以及应用效果,以此开展综述。以期对医院如何有效地使用微信公众号的儿童健康管理平台、加强医院的卫生服务工作提供借鉴。

With the rapid development of network technology today,WeChat public services have been used more and more in medicine.In order to effectively alleviate the shortage of queuing for vaccination and high-quality child health care services in child health care services,the hospital integrates various functions through innovative online diagnosis and treatment methods,uses the design and application of the child health management platform of WeChat public account,and is committed to solving children’s problems related to health management.This research analyzes the design and architecture of the WeChat public account child health management platform,and expounds the business content of the health management platform,analyzes the highlight functions and application effects of the WeChat public account child health management platform,and conducts a review.It is expected to provide reference for hospitals on how to effectively use the WeChat public account's children's health management platform and strengthen the hospital's health services.
