TBL结合SP在康复医学科实习带教中的应用体会

摘要 目的探究小组合作学习(team based learning,TBL)结合标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)在康复医学科见习带教中的效果。方法选择齐齐哈尔医学院2020年9月—2021年12月2018级康复医学科见习学生61名和2019级康复医学科见习学生65名作为研究对象,按班级分为对照班(传统教学法)和实验班(TBL结合SP教学法),选取《物理治疗学》课程中第三章到第五章见习内容进行研究。比较两组见习成绩、满意度。结果实验班见习成绩、满意度对照班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在康复医学科见习带教中应用TBL+SP法可提升学生成绩、满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of team based learning(TBL)combined with standardized patient(SP)in trainee teaching in rehabilitation medicine.Methods A total of 61 students of Bachelor degree in Rehabilitation Medicine in 2018 class and 65 trainee students in Rehabilitation Medicine in 2019 were selected from Qiqihar Medical College from September 2020 to December 2021.According to the class,it was divided into control class(traditional teaching method)and experimental class(TBL combined with SP teaching method).Selected the third chapter to fifth chapter trainee content in the course of"Physiotherapy"for research.The performance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The probationary performance and satisfaction of the experimental class were higher than control class,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TBL+SP method in rehabilitation medicine trainee teaching can improve students'performance and satisfaction.
