摘要
目的观察超声科实习带教中临床案例的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月长沙市第四医院超声诊断科进行实习的医师24名,按照双色球法将实习医师均分为两组,应用传统方式带教的实习医师纳入参比组,应用临床案例方式带教的实习医师纳入研究组。比较两组超声科实习医师带教后的最终实习成绩、相关能力、服务满意度。结果带教后,研究组最终实习成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组相关能力评分高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组服务满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对超声科实习医师进行带教时,应用临床案例方式带教能提高实习医师最终实习成绩,锻炼相关能力,增强带教服务质量,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the application effect of clinical cases in the practice teaching of ultrasound department.Methods Twenty four interns in the ultrasound diagnostic department of Changsha Fourth Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.The interns were evenly divided into two groups according to the double color ball method.The interns who were taught in the traditional way were included in the reference group,and the interns who were taught in the clinical case method were included in the research group.The final practice scores,related abilities and service satisfaction of the two groups of ultrasound interns after teaching were compared.Results After teaching,the final practice performance of the research group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of relevant ability of the research group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The service satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of ultrasound interns,the application of clinical case teaching can improve the final practice performance of interns,exercise related abilities,and enhance the quality of teaching services,which is worth learning from.
