Practice and Reflection on the Ideological and Political Construction of the Leading Group in the Process of Independent operation of Public Hospitals

结合笔者所在医院的实践经验,探讨公立医院独立运行过程中领导班子思想政治建设的实施路径,通过强化理论武装提高政治站位、突出党建引领促进党政融合、聚焦责任担当强化主动作为,促进医院领导班子树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和权力观,不断发挥领导班子的整体合力,为医院和谐稳定发展提供坚强有力的保障,最终实现患者安心、人民满意的目标。

Based on the practical experience of the author's hospital,this paper discusses the implementation path of the ideological and political construction of the leading group in the process of independent operation of public hospitals,by strengthening theoretical arming to improve political standing,highlighting the leadership of party building,promoting the integration of party and government,focusing on responsibility and strengthening initiative,and promoting the hospital leadership to establish a correct outlook on the world,outlook on life,values and power,continuing to exert the overall synergy of the leadership team to provide a strong guarantee for the harmonious and stable development of the hospital,and ultimately achieving the goal of patients'peace of mind and people's satisfaction.
