摘要 实践素养是新时代幼儿教师专业素养的重要组成部分,实践素养的生态发展有利于推动幼儿教师专业持续发展。基于生态学视角,综合运用文献分析、问卷调查等方法,通过因子分析构建了三维度十六个因素组成的幼儿教师实践素养的生态模型,形成其生成路径:深化职业认知,夯实教育教学实践素养;促进专业成长,提升教育情境实践素养;加强专业自觉,催生自我发展实践素养。 Practical literacy is an important part of preschool teachers'professional literacy in the new era.The ecological development of practical literacy is conducive to promoting the sustainable professional development of preschool teachers.Based on the ecological perspective,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the practical literacy which consists of three dimensions and sixteen factors by using several methods,i.e.literature analysis,questionnaire and factor analysis.The model then helps to build up preschool teacher’s development path,which can be illustrated from following aspects:deepening the vocational cognition,consolidating the practical literacy of education and teaching,promoting professional growth,enhancing practical literacy in educational context,strengthening professional consciousness as well as promoting independent development literacy.
