摘要
为动态优化车站人员结构,降低站场环境及客流量的变化对车站人员岗位数变动的影响,从轨道交通车站实际用人需求入手,采取一站一方案的计算方式核算站务员在站内的岗位需求数,然后通过经验公式计算各种条件下所需替班人员数,得出整体人员需求数。最后以轨道交通昌平线昌平站区为例,证明优化排岗结构后,实际可降低人工成本35.14%,达到降本增效的目的。文中经验公式可为轨道交通新线筹备及既有车站人员调整提供参考依据。
In order to dynamically optimize the structure of the station staff,and reduce the impacts of station environment and traffic change to station personnel,this article obtains from the rail transit station on the actual demand of choose and employ persons,takes a calculation scheme of"one station,one scheme"according to the actual demand of each railway station,and calculates the number of substitute personnel required under various conditions through empirical formula to obtain the overall personnel demand.Finally,taking Changping station of Changping rail transit line as an example,it is proved that the labor cost can be reduced by 35.14%after the optimization of arrangement structure,and the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase is achieved.The empirical formula in this paper can provide reference for the preparation of new rail transit lines and the adjustment of existing station personnel.
