防堆砂纹粉末涂料制备

摘要 本文通过对比试验,探究在制备成品砂纹粉时,聚酯-TGIC型砂纹粉末涂料中聚酯树脂的品种、粉末粒径、增电助剂、粉体流动速率、流动助剂以及喷涂工艺等因素对粉末上粉以及厚涂防堆粉的影响。通过工艺参数优化,制备出防堆效果优异的砂纹粉。 In this paper,an anti-heaping powder coatings has been prepared and the effects of different polyester resin type,powder particle size,electrifying agent,powder flow rate,flow agent and spraying process on powder coating efficiency and high build anti-heaping powder were explored by comparative experiments.The results show that the prepared anti-heaping powder coatings via optimization of process parameters have excellent anti-heaping effect.
