探索差示扫描量热法测定聚酯树脂玻璃化转变温度的影响因素 被引量:3

摘要 采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定聚酯树脂的玻璃化转变温度T(g),对测定过程中的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,100℃升温测试中,样品形态对聚酯树脂T_(g)影响较大,其中粉末状样品T_(g)测试数据更为稳定;采用粉末状样品测试时,质量对聚酯树脂T_(g)影响不大。通过调整升温温度至200℃时,3种形态的T_(g)基本相同。此外,升温速率越快,T_(g)值越高,而降温速率对T_(g)影响不大。 The glass transition temperatur(T_(g))of polyester resin is determined via differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The factors influencing the determination process are analyzed.The results show that the temperature rises to 100℃,the different forms of samples have a great influence on T_(g),specifically the T_(g)testing data of the powder form samples are more stable.The test result of the powder form sample shows that the weight of the sample has little effect on the T_(g)of polyester resin.By adjusting the heating temperature to 200℃,the T_(g)of the three forms is basically the same.In addition,the faster the heating rate might cause the higher the T_(g)value while the cooling rate has little effect on T_(g).
