摘要
从型钢涂装过程的实际需求出发,通过开发适用于多规格型号、长尺寸、复杂截面型钢的自动化喷涂系统,研究了喷涂过程工艺参数对涂装质量的影响,实现了不同结构、不同防腐蚀涂层体系和不同厚度要求的型钢自动化涂装,极大地提高了型钢涂装质量和效率,改善了涂装过程作业环境,减少对员工身体危害。结果表明,采用该自动喷涂系统及工艺可满足三涂层重防腐要求,实现不同曲率型钢的自动化喷涂。
As viewed from the actual needs of the coating process for section steel,an automatic spraying system suitable for multi-specifications,long size and complex section steel substrate has been developed.The influence of the spraying process parameters on the coating quality is studied.The substrates having different structures coated with different anticorrosive coatings and film thickness can be realized.Thus,the coating quality and efficiency for steel profiles are improved greatly,meanwhile,the working environment of the coating process is improved and the risk of threatening to human health is reduced.The results show that the automatic spraying system and its process can meet the requirements of three-layer heavy-duty anticorrosive and the automatic spraying for steel profile with different curvature.
