摘要
近年来,我国铁路行业通过信息化建设积累了大量的数据资源,具有巨大的应用潜力及价值,基于对数据的分析结果能够提高业务运行效率、增强管理决策能力。但由于对数据缺乏体系化的管理,造成了数据质量欠佳、互通性较差,直接影响了数据的可用性以及跨系统、跨领域的互联互通,为铁路智慧化应用的发展制造了障碍。本文基于在地方铁路数据治理实施经验,分析我国铁路行业数据治理实施常见问题,提出一些关键问题的解决方案,系统总结铁路数据治理体系规划设计的方法和关键点,为今后的铁路数据治理体系建设实践提供参考。
In reeent years,China railway industry has accumulated a large amount of data resouroes through informatization construction,which has huge application potential and value.The analysis results of the data can improve the ffciency of business operation and enhance the ability of management and decisionmaking.However,the lack of systematic data management has resulted in poor data quality,availability and interoperability across systems and fields,which created obstacles for the development of railway intelligent applications.Based on the experience in the implementation of local railway data govermance,this paper analyzed the common problems of data governance implementation in China railway industry,proposed solutions to some key problems,systematiceally summarized the methods and key points of railway data gowermance system planning and design,and provided reference for future railway data govemance system construction practices.
