中国实现脱贫攻坚任务目标,消除绝对贫困,为全球减贫事业作出了重大贡献。从救济式扶贫、发展式减贫、精准扶贫到今后的巩固脱贫成果,以推进乡村振兴,政府的作用及政府与市场关系的调适始终对中国减贫的实践效果产生着重要影响。撒哈拉以南非洲国家借鉴中国减贫实践经验并结合当地实际,以内源扶贫为导向探索和实践适合其国情的减贫发展道路,形成有为政府和有效市场的统一,加快基础设施和基本公共服务建设,推动减贫事业发展。

China has made a significant contribution to the global poverty alleviation by achieving the goal of the fight against poverty and eliminating absolute poverty.From relief poverty alleviation,developmental poverty alleviation,targeted poverty alleviation to consolidating poverty alleviation results in the future and promoting rural vitalization,the role of the government and the adjustment of the relationship between the government and the market have always had a significant impact on the effectiveness of poverty alleviation in China.Sub-saharan African countries have learned from China's poverty alleviation experience and combined it with their local conditions,explored and practiced poverty alleviation and development paths suited to their national conditions,formed the unity of effective government and efficient market,accelerated the construction of infrastructure and basic public services,and promoted poverty alleviation.
