基于云平台的远程智慧医疗架构体系研究

随着我国信息科学技术的进步以及医疗改革进程的推进,智慧医疗领域也取得了很大的进步,智慧医疗服务体系初具规模,居民电子医疗健康档案项目也已经开始规划并进行测试逐步推进,若能应用于医疗行业,将更有利于提高医疗机构的医疗服务水平和健康服务质量。文章将医疗电子健康档案的数据存储作为切入点,结合国内外有关智慧医疗服务体系研究情况,进行具体分析,提出基于云平台远程医疗服务架构体系的模型,其主要涵盖了区域健康信息服务平台和医院级健康信息服务平台等内容。

With the progress of information science and technology and the advancement of medical reform in China,great progress has also been made in the field of smart medicine.The smart medical service system has begun to take shape,and the residents’electronic medical health record project has also begun to be planned and tested.If it can be applied to the medical industry,it will be more conducive to improve the level of medical services and the quality of health services of medical institutions.Taking the data storage of medical electronic health records as the starting point,combined with the research on intelligent medical service system at home and abroad,this paper makes a specific analysis,and puts forward a model of telemedicine service architecture system based on cloud platform,which mainly covers regional health information service platform and hospital level health information service platform.
