摘要 高职院校云计算专业人才培养要坚持以德育为先、以落实课程思政为抓手,在产教融合、校企合作的基础上进一步深化改革,设计专业的平台课程体系以实现不同方向的知识和能力培养目标,构建系统化的研发型数字工厂以实现教学模式方向性转变。文章以平台课程建设为前驱,以数字工厂打造为动力,对如何培育出高度符合云计算岗位需求的职业技能型人才进行探索和剖析,为职业院校的云计算专业人才培养模式提供建设经验和实践模式。 The training of cloud computing professionals in higher vocational colleges should focus on moral education and the implementation of curriculum thought and politics,further deepen the reform on the basis of industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation,design professional platform curriculum system to achieve the objectives of knowledge and ability training in different directions,and build a systematic research and development digital factory to realize the directional transformation of teaching mode.Taking the platform course construction as the precursor and the building of digital factory as the driving force,this paper explores and analyzes how to cultivate vocational skilled talents who highly meet the needs of cloud computing posts,so as to provide construction experience and practice mode for the talent training mode of cloud computing specialty in vocational colleges.
