“十四五”时期江苏省数字经济高质量发展对策研究

Research on Countermeasures for High-Quality Development of Digital Economy in Jiangsu Province During the“14th Five-Year Plan”Period

目前江苏省数字经济发展已经取得阶段性成果,但存在通信基建设施不完善、区域发展不平衡、创新驱动力不足、数字人才结构性短缺、传统企业转型速度慢、产业融合成就不突出等一系列亟待解决的问题。为更高质量把握数字经济战略机遇,加快推进江苏省“十四五”数字经济发展规划,本文将采用文献法分析法以及对比法对江苏省数字经济发展现状、风险挑战进行系统分析,提出建议,帮助江苏省发展成为通信基础设施建设完善、区域协调发展、创新驱动力强劲、人才聚集效应显著、“两化”融合引领性强、数字政府功能完备的全方位、全领域的高质量数字经济强省。

At present,the development of digital economy in Jiangsu Province has achieved staged results,but there are imperfect communication infrastructure,unbalanced regional development,insufficient innovation driving force,structural shortage of digital talents,slow transformation of traditional enterprises,and unremarkable achievements in industrial integration,etc.A series of urgent problems to be solved.In order to better grasp the strategic opportunities of the digital economy and accelerate the promotion of the“14th Five-Year”digital economy development plan in Jiangsu Province,this paper will use the literature analysis method and the comparative method to systematically analyze the development status,risks and challenges of the digital economy in Jiangsu Province,and put forward suggestions.,to help Jiangsu Province develop into an all-round and all-field high-quality digital economy with complete communication infrastructure construction,coordinated regional development,strong innovation driving force,significant talent gathering effect,strong leadership in the integration of“informatization and industrialization”,and complete digital government functions.Strong province.
